A rare prosecution of late by NRW regarding slurry pollution of our rivers . At the end of the day the fine was tiny considering the harm done.

It beggars belief that there is not a register of installations (such as slurry pits ) that have the capacity to do huge harm to our rivers and that they are not regularly inspected by NRW or another authority ..........
