Last nights panorama highlighted licenced and unlicensed discharges of raw sewerage into our rivers including in the program the river Usk ( A triple S site apparently ).........

Guess who licences this..........Hope they have "A good H.R.A. " on this one.

Seems to explain one reason why our river are failing pollution tests on a grand scale and also puts our "Treatment " into perspective.
