Incredibly our fishery is subject to a Habitat regulations assessment . Yet the fishery which now has by far the greatest impact on salmon stock (Even if it is fishing C&R ) the angling fisheries on our rivers IS NOT SUBJECT TO A H.R.A............ these are the same fish. One rule for one another for the other.
