You can't really make this up..............Latest N.R.W. press release regarding Sammy the seal and his family ranging up into the river Wye.......... Said by N.R.W. to have no effect on fish stocks............

And our fishermen fishing on the Severn estuary are said by NRW to have a significant impact on stock to warrant further restriction ?????

Wish someone would tell us what the hell is going on at NRW fisheries division .........and who ever is supposed to be overseeing them.
