Getting away with murder.

As the water quality in our rivers goes down the pan at least someone is attempting to reverse the trend..............Fish legal & the angling trust are dragging DEFRA back to court due to their inaction in addressing the dire pollution problems in our rivers .DEFRA are supposed to produce Diffuse water pollution plans every 6 years ..........to date only 4 out of 34 have been completed. Data released in 2020 showed no English rivers met "chemical standards " for water quality............Similar dire water quality on our welsh rivers........ Getting away with murder for years . No wonder we are in the state we are in .As we have said all along if the rivers will not support stock nothing will ever change.
