A Judicial Review

WILD JUSTICE are challenging Natural Resources Wales & the E.A. that they have failed to protect rivers from further deterioration from phosphates.

Huge pressure from individual groups and the media has brought the state of our rivers to the forefront ,there is clearly something wrong there on many levels .

Imagine if no one was questioning what is actually happening on the rivers.........NRW / E.A. seem clearly happy with our rivers ......we will see what happens in the coming months.

Could this be one of the reasons why closure of all traditional salmon fisheries on the severn estuary made little difference to stock s on the rivers , to much focus on removing these fisheries at the expense of the rivers themselves..........??
