2018 lave net fishery season now in doubt

After starting lease negotiations with NRW 12 months ago and being assured that the terms and conditions of any new agreement would not be changed 4 weeks before the start of the new season we are informed that changes will be made.
We will now have to seek legal advice when the agency present a lease to us . .......... We will not sign any lease that would allow NRW to end the fishery at the drop of a hat.
Our 2008 ten year Welsh assembly lease Was a great success Protecting both stock & our ancient fishery . We have thrived under its protection .
