A trip out on the estuary yesterday after the cod. - 6 degrees and ice on the deck of Golden Dawn . no crew up for it so Martin went alone.

Water temp had dropped considerably so no summer fish , but as sometimes happens no cod either............... One codling saved a blank and when the coast guard broadcast imminent gales the trip was cut short . next tide 27th Dec. fingers crossed on the weather !
