NOT JUST ANY OLD AGREEMENT
Natural resources Wales have been approached by us and we have requested to renew our lease as it stands with no changes to its terms.
We feel that the agreement has worked well for all concerned ,a great success.
The agreement was forged by the welsh assembly government and the fishermen and agreed to be sustainable by the environment agency.
The minister for rural affairs at the time welcomed the agreement as a means of protecting fish stock and allowing the traditional fisheries of Wales to continue.
