Waiting for the spring tides

With no fishing until the 6th july due to the neap tides three of the boy were out doing a spot of rod fishing on their kayaks and keeping an eye on the fishing grounds.

The first months catch was somewhat disappointing with only two fish taken. Salmon were seen every tide so there are lots around at the moment ,lets hope they hang around for the next set of tides, the weather stays calm and we have better luck !
