Rough and the smooth

A very mixed week. Weather and neap tides ruined the first two weeks fishing then a calm two days on reasonable spring tides gave us a chance.

A good effort by the boys fishing early mornings ( 3.30 am) and afternoons around work (I take my hat off to them ) saw just reward in the shape of a cracking fish caught by Paul (only his 2nd in 4 seasons ).

Fish seen on every calm tide so there are a few about.

No salmon fishing now until the 21st due to the neap tides.
