NRW next big idea . Catch & release for all salmon in Wales

A public inquiry is to be held 15th jan . 2019 . NRW would like " Total catch & release for all salmon in Wales" . If at any time in the future this particular restriction is applied to our fishery it would result in its total closure . The EA / NRW have stated that our fishery as it stands is no significant threat to stock , Why would they impose further restrictions to this fishery that would result in its closure ..........???? We hope the powers that be would know this and understands that " one size does not fit all "
